    Perimenopause Symptoms:

    What Helps Anxiety During Perimenopause?

We are so thrilled that you’ve decided to share your journey with us. In this self-paced course you’ll learn all about how menopause contributes to increased feelings of anxiety. In her videos, Dr Bonza will teach you about strategies, interventions and natural remedies to help improve your health and, in turn, manage your anxiety.

I'm so thankful to have you here

Hi 👋🏽  I'm Dr. Sarah Bonza, but you can call me Dr. Sarah.
I'm a board-certified family physician with over 20 years' experience in traditional medicine. As a doctor, you'd think that I'd manage perimenopause well, but that was not the case. I battled with physical, mental, and emotional issues that my own doctor brushed off as "normal". There's nothing normal about feeling like you're losing your mind.

To heal myself,  I took a holistic approach. I got into Wellness Coaching, Lifestyle Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Longevity Medicine to supplement my traditional clinical education. I did the research on everything your doctor doesn't know, so you don't have to. I've picked out the best advice for you for this stage of your life, and I'd love to share it with you.
